A delegation from Danfodio Holding Corporation, which included the Managing Director and General Manager, and the Director of the Development and Investment Department, participated in the Second Agricultural Forum, which was held from 4/8 to 4/20/2019 in Sydney, Australia, and which was organized by the Asian Department of the Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs in coordination with The Lebanese-Australian Chamber, where the Sudanese delegation included 60 participants representing an estimated percentage of Sudanese private sector companies and some banks operating in Sudan. The Australian side was also represented by more than 40 participants representing large Australian banks and companies working in the fields of agricultural development and food manufacturing.
The official three-day program included an investment conference in which companies and investment fields in both countries were introduced. The company delegation provided an additional introductory overview of the group’s areas of work in Sudan and the region, in addition to a printed introductory booklet. Lengthy individual meetings and interviews were also held with each other, during which the company received a significant number of interviews and understandings with some companies working in the fields of:
